Interior Design & Execution Agreement
Please review our official policy governing architectural quotations, factory production releases, site obligations, and warranty commitments.
Policy Overview: This document outlines the binding terms and conditions governing all quotations, design plans, and execution schedules provided by Ply Interiors in operational collaboration with Bro Builders[cite: 2, 4]. Acceptance of the project quotation or remittance of advance token implies unconditional agreement to the 9 clauses detailed below[cite: 2].
01
Estimate vs. Final Execution Billing
The quotation is strictly an initial cost estimate based on preliminary layouts and initial architectural drawings[cite: 2]. Final billing will be settled on actual site measurements, finalized material selections, and verified execution quantities[cite: 2].
02
Plan Revisions & Additional Charges
Any modifications, scope extensions, or deviations requested during the work period will incur additional charges[cite: 2]. Adjustments will be calculated transparently based on material variations and extra labor hours[cite: 2].
03
Single Point of Contact & Direct Labor Protocol
All instructions and change requests must route strictly through the authorized Ply Interiors Project Lead[cite: 2, 3]. Clients must not issue direct instructions to on‑site workers[cite: 2, 3]. Ply Interiors is not liable for unauthorized alterations made with site workers[cite: 2].
05
Non‑Refundability Policy
All token advances and milestone disbursements are non‑refundable, as funds are committed immediately toward project execution, bulk raw board allocation, and CNC cutting schedules[cite: 2].
04
Milestone Payment Schedule & Terms
Site operations, modular production, and deliveries are strictly synchronized with the clearance of the milestone stages below[cite: 3]:
| Milestone Phase | Disbursement % | Operational Stage |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Project Booking | 10% Advance Token | Design Kickoff, Site Measurements, and Architectural CAD Sign-Off |
| 2. Material Order Initiation | 50% Disbursement | Raw Plywood Allocation, CNC Factory Sizing, and Lamination Release |
| 3. On Receipt of Material | 30% Disbursement | Dispatch to Site, Vertical Haulage, and Carcass Framework Assembly |
| 4. Final Handover | 10% Balance | Snag List Rectification, Final Cleaning, and Possession Key Handover |
Site operations or deliveries are paused automatically if payments remain unsettled beyond 3 business days of the milestone[cite: 3].
06
Essential Site Utilities & Clearances
The Client is responsible for securing building permissions and ensuring continuous power and water supply[cite: 2, 3]. Delays due to restrictions or utility outages extend the handover timeline[cite: 2, 3].
07
Vertical Material Transport
Estimates assume continuous access to a service elevator[cite: 2]. If unavailable, manual haulage charges will be billed based on actual labor costs[cite: 2].
08
Worker Stay During Execution
For seamless completion, Ply Interiors technicians and carpenters will remain stationed at the site during execution, utilizing basic available amenities.
09
Warranty & Final Handover
Materials comply with brand warranties (10‑Year BWR / 15‑Year BWP, as per selection). A workmanship warranty applies for 1 year from handover[cite: 3]. Keys and site possession are transferred upon full financial clearance[cite: 3].
